Hi, I’m Elisa Nebolsine

Elisa Nebolsine, LCSW sitting at a desk with a stack of books, smiling, with a bookshelf and plants in the background.

As a cognitive behavioral therapist and author specializing in brain health, my work is deeply rooted in Positive Psychology principles.

My books are a blend of modern neuroscience research and my own lived experience as both a practicing therapist of 25 years and a parent of 3 young adult children.

Project Feel Better is my passion project to create a resource hub to normalize developmental experiences and help individuals recognize they aren’t broken, but simply navigating life experiences with a brain-lens that stands in the way of their full human expression.

I hope you find tools & skills here that help you discover who you are and what you’re truly capable of!
